August 7, 2023- Every Question Doesn’t Need An Answer.

There are moments in life where people ask questions not to help you, but to figure out how to get to you. It is in those moments that you have to determine whether it is going to help me or hurt me. Not everyone around you always wants what is best for you.

The three Hebrew boys find themselves in a dangerous situation. They had disobeyed the decree that came out from King Nebuchadnezzar. The king built a giant statue of himself to be worshipped at the sound of the music. These young men made a conscious decision to be obedient to what God had called them to do. They had already went against the grain by not eating what the others ate and they were found to be in better shape than the others. They had a tangible reason as to why the worship God.

The king approached them and asked why did you not bow down at the proper time. The Hebrew boys responded the way that we should. We do not need to answer you in this matter. We do not have to explain our worship to you. Some of us are busy answering the critics of our worship instead of being in worship. If you have not seen where God has brought us from, then you really can't understand why I didn't bow down to your image. Your image is not the image that I strive to be. I'm looking for something better.
