The Result of an Understanding!

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. -Proverbs 4:7.

Often times in heated conversations we find ourselves trying to convey a point to someone who seemingly does not get what we are trying to get across to them.

The conversational discord often rises to a point of contention and sometimes lead to a break in the relationship.  Getting an " Understanding" lends to many productive courses in life. For example when you have an understanding  it frees your heart to embrace the love of God and why he loves us in spite of us and not because of us.

Pause in difficult times to get an understanding of what God's purpose is in this situation, what is he showing me, what is he telling me, how is he trying to use me and most importantly how can he be glorified.

As children of God we are called to view life and its situations or circumstances, be it good or bad through the lens of Christianity not through carnality.
